This four-story building houses 100,000 square feet of logistics center space including offices, training, talent management, and human resources, along with a floor of corporate leadership and operations personnel.
The site includes area for 1,200 parking spaces and other site amenities, including walking and bike trails and other outdoor community gathering spaces. The building systems for the project are progressive in nature and include a complete under-floor system for all heating ventilating and cooling, as well as all electrical, data cabling, and management.
