The Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine is the first facility constructed on the new 227-acre  campus of the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education at Chaffee Crossing in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The  102,166 square foot, three-story facility promotes the highest level in information technology. The facility  allows the staff to promote a team-based learning curriculum supported by 19 student conference/study rooms and 10 standardized patient/OSCE rooms. 

The building features a simulation lab, anatomy lab and osteopathic manipulative medicine lab, each  accommodating 80 students and feature the latest technology including raised floor podiums for the  instructor. The facility includes 25 private study carrels and two multi-purpose student rooms, and two  200-seat auditorium lecture halls, as well as outdoor spaces for studying and relaxing. One of the  auditorium lecture halls doubles as a safe room for the building occupants.
