Emergency Services

Fleming Electric believes in being available to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. After hour calls require special attention. Our Emergency Service Teams are ready to respond to any call to meet our clients’ needs.

We are experienced in dealing with emergency and crisis situations. System failures can be extremely damaging and expensive. We understand the need to bring system operations online as soon as possible to maintain production schedules, customer confidence and curtail revenue losses.

Our after-hours answering service is available by calling 501-847-3090. The representative will connect you with our Emergency Team within minutes. The Team Leader will call to gather pertinent information to ensure the appropriate resources are dispatched to your location with right tools, materials, generators, and equipment. Additionally, our Teams have access to multiple supply houses after hours to assist in expediting any additional material and equipment to facilitate the repair of the system.

Safety is an integral part of our emergency response program. Our Teams are trained to respond with the correct protective equipment, life safety gear and the proper safety attitude. A functionally safe worksite becomes important during times of crisis. Our goal is to ensure a safe recovery to full operation of any failed systems
